Presentation Format

The ACIVS25 conference programme (https://www.acivs2025.com/program/) has your accepted paper(s) listed as either:

1. A 15-minute presentation including questions

2. A short oral presentation (10 minutes including questions)

3. A poster presentation supplemented with a 5-minute oral presentation.

15/10 minutes presentations

We will have to enforce the time to keep our tight schedule strictly.

Can all authors send an email to this address with only one accepted paper PowerPoint presentation in the email. If you have three accepted papers, send three emails.

Please include the paper ID in the email subject. 

Please email us your presentation before Sunday, 27 July Japan time if you present Monday.

Email us your presentation before Monday 28 July Japan time if you present Tuesday.

Email us your presentation before Tuesday 29 July Japan time if you present Wednesday.

Posters

We will have display panels up to A0 size in the conference hall before the poster session.

Please upload your 5-minute presentation before the poster session.

Online presentations

Please submit your PowerPoint presentation and recorded video of your presentation according to the schedule above, based on your assigned presentation day. We would like you to adhere to the time limit as outlined in the schedule above. If we encounter technical difficulties, your video recording will be played.
