Registration to ACIVS 2025 includes

• Access to the conference sessions (online/in-person)
• Access to a digital copy of the proceedings
• Morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunches
• Participation in the social activity (day 1)
• The conference dinner (day 2)

Registration fee

Note that the registration fee is in $NZD (New Zealand Dollar).

One registration fee per accepted paper must be paid. There is a discount for authors with more than one accepted paper, check the registration form.

Additional tickets for the social program can be purchased for $200 NZD (before June 6, 2025) or $250 NZD (after June 6, 2025).

Limited availability of tickets for the social programme may be available on site at the Conference (cash only).

Presenter Registration

Authors must register (pay their paper fees) for the ACIVS 2025 before June 6, 2025 and their payment should be received before June 9, 2025 otherwise their paper will not be published in the conference proceedings, due to Springer internal deadline.
