Conference Venue
Our conference room is the 100th anniversary hall on the ground floor (next to seven 11 convenience store) of the UEC (University of Electro-Communications) Alliance Center.

Important
Car parking is exorbitant. So are taxi rides. Free or almost free bicycle parking is available in front of the building and at Chōfu station.
From Chōfu station
About 10-15 minutes walk:
- Exit via the Central Exit.
- Once outside, turn right and follow the main street up to its end.
- Turn left before crossing the next street.
- Continue walking until you reach the Alliance Center Building on your left.
- We are on the ground floor (aka 1st floor in Japan).
From Shinjuku
Take the Keio Line train to Hashimoto or keio-Achioji. Super express or Limited Express trains usually take 15-20 minutes to Chōfu station
Registration
We will try to man the registration desk from 08.15 am.
We will have an expresso machine and biscuits available. The seven 11 next door is fully catered for japanese breakfast delicacies (including rice triangles and chicken katsu teriaki sandwich or fruit cream sandwich if you fancy those)

Activities
Please find a list of nice activities/visits to undertake before or/and after the conference. Note that Ghibli museum visits must be booked online before the 10th of a month for the following month, so most likely too late. Anything else please ask us during the conference.
